18th ACE Graduation

On September 4, fourteen men and women graduated from the Amos Culinary Education Program (ACE).  The festive occasion, which took place in the Amos House Dining Hall,  included speakers, singing, special recognitions, the awarding of certificates, and a meal prepared by the graduates and their instructor.
