Permanent Supportive Housing
Following successful completion of the Recovery-based Shelter Housing Program, our guests can choose to move into our Phase Two housing—a more independent set of housing options that still provide intensive case management, groups, and the support of our sober community. For many who have been unable to maintain long-term sobriety due to their substance use disorder, access to an ongoing supportive housing option is key to their stability.
Amos House offers individual rooms and apartment units in 8 properties across Providence. All units offer rent within affordable housing guidelines and all residents receive ongoing Case Management from Amos House's Phase II Care Coordinator.
Amos House’s community embraces each and every guest and offers support and guidance throughout their housing and recovery journey.
